Refund policy
30 Day Guarantee
We have a 30-day return policy for all items except commissioned art (see exceptions below), which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and must be within 30 days of delivery. A 5% restocking fee will apply to all returned items and the customer is responsible for return packaging and shipping fees.
To start a return, you can contact us at amydenealart@gmail.com. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, we will work with you to find an acceptable solution. If you do decide to continue with your return, all return shipping, packaging and insurance is the responsibility of the customer.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damage and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions/Custom Artwork Return/Refund Policy
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom art (any art that is made-to-order(such as special orders or personalized items or art). If custom art has been ordered, once an item is started, due to the custom nature of the items, it is 100% non-refundable. However, if the painting has not been started, a refund of 75% of the original cost is permitted. The remaining 25% is kept to cover supplies that have already been purchased for the piece. ** If an order has been placed and a refund is requested within 48 hours of placing the order, as long as the painting has not been started, a full refund can be considered by the artist. (This policy is to help protect customers that order an item but realize the tentative date of completion will not be satisfactory.). Once a tentative date has been agreed on and the item has been started, the item is nonrefundable.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Forfeiture of Payment:
If your package is returned to us due to unsuccessful delivery attempts or other reasons beyond our control, your original payment for the order will be forfeited. We regret that we will not be able to provide a refund in this situation, as we have fulfilled our responsibilities to ship the product as per your initial order.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. Once approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
