"Purchasing" this item will allow me to reach out to you to discuss upcoming event booking. After discussion, if the date is open for the artist to be at your event, your date is not officially held until the deposit is paid. You can also email us directly at amydenealart@gmail.com to inquire.
Pricing starts at
$119 (plus the cost of sketches purchased by attendees) for 3 hour event, where the guests will be able to pay for discounted sketches on their own (this is great for community events, where the host may not want to pay the full booking fee to have all sketches included).
For events where the sketches are complimentary to your guests, pricing starts at:
-$450 for 2.5 hour event (2 hours sketching plus 30 minute setup prior to event start).
(This includes around 8 sketches of couples or about 16 sketches of individual). This is great for kids birthday parties.
-$650 for 3.5 hour event (this includes up to 12 sketches of couples or about 20 sketches of individuals)
*Sketches are estimates. It's a few more or less could be done, but on average it takes about 7 minutes per person or 15 minutes per couple. If you would like all guests to have the option be sketched, we can take the guests emails and provide them with a sketch after the event or we can provide additional sketches to the host after the event. This option requires additional fees, as it adds on in-studio time outside of the event
You can book to have the artist at your event for 2.5-5.5 hours. Sketches take about 7 minutes per person, 15 minutes per couple. I recommend having guests go to have their photo taken by the artist as they arrive. It is the responsibility of the host to help ensure guests are aware of the sketches and have them get their photos taken early in the event. The artist can then sketch throughout the event and have guests go pick up their sketch at their leisure. If the guest has to leave before their sketch can be completed, I can take their email and offer them a free digital copy to be emailed after the event (and they are welcome to print). Unfortunately, if guests wait until the end of their event to have their photo taken, I cannot guarantee a sketch can be done by the end. A provision can be added to the contract to account for any additional last minute sketches to be emailed or mailed to the guests, if the host desires.

SET UP
I will need an area that is dry and safe from the elements (in case of rain). I will arrive about 30 minutes before the start of the event to set up. Please provide a sturdy table and chair for me at the venue (no wobbles!). A table surface area of at least 3'x3' is best. I can bring a table, if needed, but this must be discussed prior to the event.
MATERIALS
Sketches are done on 5x7 cardstock and placed in a protective plastic sleeve. The artist's logo is stamped on the back of the sketch.
If a preprinted logo or custom design is desired on each sketch, this can be done before hand for an additional fee.
STYLE
Please view my sketch style to ensure it is something that fits with the style you are looking for. It is not a high fashion sketch, but does have some of the elongated elements of those sketches. Proportions on my sketches are more realistic.

I am in the Indianapolis, IN area, but I can travel! Depending on the location, additional fees may apply, including but not limited to ground transportation, lodging and air fare.
