Pricing starts at
- $450 for 2 hour event (this guarantees 10 sketches of couples or 20 individuals)
- $650 for 3 hour event (this guarantees 18 sketches of couples or 30 individuals)
- $850 for 4 hour event (this guarantees 25 sketches of couples or 50 individuals)
- $1050 for 5 hour event (this guarantees 33 sketches of couples or 70 individuals)
- $1250 for 6 hour event (this guarantees 40 sketches of couples or 90 individuals)
If your guest count is higher than what is noted in the above list, then a fee of $7 per person above the guaranteed amount applies.
For example, if you book a 4 hour event, but will have 75 guests, a fee of $7x 25= $175 would apply to cover the amount of guests over 50.
While each guest is guaranteed to have themselves in 1 sketch, there is a chance that the sketches won't all be finished at the event. The guaranteed amount listed above is a rough estimate of how many individuals can be sketched in that amount of time. The amount of time a sketch takes varies, and after I reach a certain amount of guests, I will start taking emails of guests so that I can send them their finished sketch after the event.
*On average it takes about 5 minutes per person or 10 minutes per couple.
You can book to have the artist at your event for 2-6 hours. Sketches take about 5 minutes per person, 10 minutes per couple. I recommend having guests go to have their photo taken by the artist as they arrive. It is the responsibility of the host to help ensure guests are aware of the sketches and have them get their photos taken early in the event. The artist can then sketch throughout the event and have guests go pick up their sketch at their leisure. I will have guests leave their emails so sketches can be sent after the event, if the sketch is not picked up or finished before the end of the event.

SET UP
I will need an area that is dry and safe from the elements (in case of rain). I will arrive about 30 minutes before the start of the event to set up. Please provide a sturdy table and 2 chairs for me at the venue The second chair is used if I am able to bring an assistant. A table at least 4 feet x 2 feet or larger is best. If the artist needs to provide the table, this can be done for an additional fee.
MATERIALS
Sketches are done on 4X6 or 5x7 cardstock and placed in a protective plastic sleeve. The artist's logo is stamped on the back of the sketch.
If a preprinted logo or custom design is desired on each sketch, this can be done before hand for an additional fee.
STYLE
Please view my sketch style to ensure it is something that fits with the style you are looking for. It is not a high fashion sketch, but does have some of the elongated elements of those sketches. Proportions on my sketches are more realistic.
TRAVEL
I am in the Indianapolis, IN area, but I can travel! Depending on the location, additional fees may apply, including but not limited to ground transportation, lodging and air fare.
